Nivar Biodigester
Nivar Biodigester is an innovative, eco-friendly system designed to biologically treat organic waste — such as kitchen scraps, sewage, and biodegradable matter — through anaerobic digestion. Using specially developed microbial cultures, the biodigester breaks down waste into two valuable outputs:
Biogas (a renewable energy source for cooking, heating, or electricity), and
Organic manure/slurry (nutrient-rich fertilizer for agriculture and gardening).
This sustainable solution not only helps reduce landfill burden and foul odors but also promotes clean energy generation and zero-waste management for households, institutions, and industries.

Key Features & Benefits
Eco-Friendly: Converts biodegradable waste into useful resources.
Biogas Generation: Provides renewable, clean fuel for daily use.
Organic Fertilizer: Produces nutrient-rich manure that improves soil fertility.
Odor & Pollution Control: Eliminates foul smells, reduces flies, and prevents groundwater contamination.
Low Maintenance: Easy to operate with minimal human intervention.
Custom Sizes: Available for homes, apartments, schools, hospitals, hostels, and large facilities.
Usage / Working Principle
Feed biodegradable waste (food waste, sewage, organic matter) into the inlet.
Inside the digester tank, anaerobic bacteria break down the waste.
Generated biogas is collected in a storage unit for cooking/heating.
Residual slurry exits through an outlet and can be used as organic manure.
Safety Notes:
Do not feed plastics, metals, or non-biodegradable waste.
Keep the biodigester sealed to ensure proper anaerobic conditions.
Ensure periodic monitoring of gas output and slurry outlet.
